Pricing

Stop spraying cold emails. Spend $5.00 and an AI tells you in two minutes whether your pitch is even worth sending.

Receivers pay nothing. Senders pay $5.00plus the receiver's threshold — and that fee is a refund against the twenty hours you would have wasted on cold outreach that nobody was ever going to read.

Per pitch · paid by sender at submission · no refunds

The math

One number, set by the receiver.

$5.00+ threshold

Base fee covers AI + platform

The receiver picks one number from the ladder — $0.00 / $10.00 / $25.00 / $50.00 / $100.00. That's the price of getting in front of them.

At the floor it costs you $5.00to pitch a receiver with an open channel. At the ceiling it's $105.00 to reach someone who only wants to hear from senders who really mean it. You see the exact number before you pay.

Escalated pitches are final. No refunds. The price is the filter — that's the whole point.

Compared to the alternatives

The market built tools for everyone except the people drowning in pitches.

Outbound tools sell senders more send capacity. Inbox AIs sell receivers faster archive. Neither one fixes the underlying problem that nobody is reading cold pitches anymore. PitchGate sits between them and screens before delivery, on the receiver's rules.

Cold email tools

SenderOutbound capacity — bigger lists, more sequences, higher send volume.Throw spaghetti at the wall. Optimise for volume; the receiver is a number in a CSV.
Inbox AI
Superhuman AI · Shortwave
ReceiverTriage software — summaries, smart inboxes, faster archive on mail that already arrived.Sort what came through a free channel. The flood still arrives; you just delete it faster.
PitchGate
AI gatekeeper
Sender ($5.00+)An AI verdict — a score, a category, and a clear answer on whether this pitch is worth the receiver's time.Screen before delivery. The receiver sets the bar; the AI enforces it; only the signal gets through.

Comparison is qualitative — products in each row vary in price and feature set. PitchGate doesn't replace outbound tools or inbox AI; it sits in front of the inbox so the rest stops mattering.

Common questions

Six questions, six honest answers.

What if my pitch is rejected?

Rejected means the AI screened it but the receiver's threshold or preferences declined it before escalation. The $5.00 base fee is non-refundable — it pays for the AI evaluation and the receiver's verdict, not for delivery. You walk away with feedback on why it didn't land, which is more than any cold email gives you.

Why pay if email is free?

Email is free, which is exactly why nobody reads cold ones anymore. PitchGate flips the asymmetry: senders pay a small cost so receivers will actually look. You're not paying for postage — you're paying for an honest read.

Can the receiver still ignore me?

If the AI escalates the pitch, the receiver sees it in their inbox. They can still decline or stay silent — that's their right. But you'll know it reached them, and the AI's verdict tells you whether the pitch itself was the problem or the timing was.

What happens to my $5.00?

The $5.00 base covers AI evaluation and platform costs. On pitches with a paid threshold, 85% of the threshold portion goes to the receiver and PitchGate keeps 15%. On free-threshold pitches, PitchGate keeps the full $5.00 and the receiver gets a screened pitch they can act on.

Why not just hire a human assistant?

An assistant costs an order of magnitude more, scales with hours not pitches, and can't read every cold inbound at 2am with a consistent rubric. The AI does the parts a human gatekeeper would do — intake, scoring, rejection — without the bottleneck.

What stops senders from spamming low-quality pitches?

Cost. Every pitch costs $5.00 minimum. Sending the same boilerplate to fifty receivers is now $250, and the AI flags low-effort generic pitches before they ever escalate. The economics make spray-and-pray irrational.
